Petros Spinos

Dr. Petros K. Spinos is a Greek specialist in Oral Surgery with advanced training in Oral Surgery, Implantology and Radiology. He graduated from the School of Dentistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2004 and later completed postgraduate training in Oral Surgery, Implantology and Radiology at the same university.
During his postgraduate studies, he was involved in the teaching and practical training of undergraduate students and completed his master’s dissertation on surgical considerations in apicectomy and retrograde filling procedures.
Dr. Spinos is recognised as a specialist Oral Surgeon by the Hellenic Dental Federation and by the Cyprus Dental Council. Since 2006, he has also been a scientific associate at the “Andreas Papandreou” General Hospital.
He is the founder and President of the Hellenic Dental Society of Oral Surgery and serves as Vice-President of the European Federation of Oral Surgery — EFOS. He has also been involved in several scientific, institutional and professional organisations related to Oral Surgery and dental healthcare in Greece.
Since 2009, Dr. Spinos has maintained a private practice in Pyrgos, Ilia, dedicated exclusively to Oral Surgery, Implantology and Radiology. He is also the founder of Medical Care of Western Greece, a multidisciplinary medical clinic based in Pyrgos.
He has authored and presented numerous scientific works at national and international congresses and has participated in radio and television programmes aimed at informing the public about oral health and dental implants.
Through his clinical, scientific and institutional activity, Dr. Spinos contributes to the development, recognition and promotion of Oral Surgery in Greece and across Europe.
